We ship across Canada ONLY via Canada post Expedited Parcel. Jewelry & Accessories are processed and packed within 1-2 business days. Upon shipping you will be provided with shipping tracking. All Canada Post Shipping is FREE.
We offer Ottawa and surrounding area ONLY with door-to-door delivery for an extra fee.
We currently don't offer pick-ups until we can provide expansion for our very own instore location.
Local Door Delivery Fee $ 7 : Orders that require standard 1-3 day process and deliver.
Express Same Day Delivery $ 14 : Orders must be processed before 2pm for same day delivery.
Orders over $ 150 : Orders that reach a minimum purchase order of $150 receive local delivery FREE.
Due to hygiene reasons, all jewelry and earrings are FINAL SALE and cannot be retuned.
All Gift Bundles are FINAL SALE - made fresh to order.
If you receive your order damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours with a photo at fashionbycandice@hotmail.com and we will resolve this for you.
Jewelry shall be stored within your included box or pouch. To preserve lasting fashion jewelry avoid water, perfume and lotion directly on pieces and wipe gently with the soft cloth provided after each use.
